Deficiencies of vitamin E and selenium due to malnutrition or increased work load can lead to muscle damage and may result in declining performance, poor ridability, stiffness etc.
Vitamin E, selenium and the amino acids lysine and methionine provide for the maintenance and development of intact muscles. This combination improves oxygen transport to the muscle cells, controls muscle metabolism, enhances muscle formation and protects the cell membrane.
Vitamed E® contains an optimum combination of vitamin E, amino acids and the trace element selenium.
Feeding recommendation:
At increased work load:
Horse (600 kg): 20 ml daily
Pony / foal: 10 ml daily
Add to the concentrate feed!
